California Employer Pull Notice Authorized Agent

As an authorized Employer Pull Notice Agent, we ensure companies are notified promptly with necessary California DMV information. We can monitor your California drivers’ motor vehicle reports and alert you when there are activities such as:

  • Expirations

Who is Required To Enroll in the EPN Program?

  • Class A
  • Class B
  • Class C with Hazardous Materials Endorsement
  • Class C with Special Certificates, issued pursuant to CVC Section 2512, 12517, 12519, 12520, or 12523.5
  • Any driver of a passenger vehicle operated for compensation by a charter-party carrier of passengers with a seating capacity of no more than ten persons, including the driver
  • Passenger stage corporation with a certificate of public convenience and necessity or permit issued by PUC
